Aircraft on the ground? Someone picks up.
Call or WhatsApp the same number at 3am on a public holiday and a real person answers. Send the part number and we come back with availability, paperwork and delivery options.
How an AOG request works
- You send the part number. By phone, WhatsApp or RFQ. Add the aircraft, quantity, paperwork you need and the deadline.
- We check before we quote. Part number, alternates, condition and release paperwork are confirmed by a person, not guessed.
- You get a clear answer inside the hour. Availability, condition, certificate, price and delivery route, or a straight no so you can look elsewhere.
- We move it. Packaging, dangerous goods handling where needed, and freight coordinated through our logistics partners, with tracking.
What to have ready
- Part number, and any alternates you can accept
- Aircraft type and registration (and engine type if relevant)
- Quantity, acceptable condition and required release certificate
- Delivery location and deadline in local time
- A phone or WhatsApp number for the person who approves the purchase
New to buying aircraft parts under pressure? Our guide on the AOG parts sourcing checklist walks through every detail, and the 8130-3 vs EASA Form 1 guide explains the paperwork.

AOG questions
How fast do you respond to an AOG request?
Within the hour, any hour, any day of the year. Our AOG team operates 24/7 from our Westlands, Nairobi headquarters.
What should I send for the fastest AOG quote?
The part number (plus any acceptable alternates), aircraft type and registration, quantity, required release paperwork, delivery location and your deadline. A phone or WhatsApp number for the person who can approve the purchase helps too.
Do you support operators outside Kenya?
Yes. We are based in Nairobi and serve airlines, MROs and lessors across Africa, the Middle East and beyond through coordinated supplier and logistics partners around the world.
Which paperwork do AOG parts come with?
Usually FAA 8130-3 or EASA Form 1, sometimes UK CAA Form 1, TCCA Form One, an OEM CoC or a dual release, depending on the part. Tell us what your registry needs and we confirm it before we quote.
